quarter forty cents for a ring of keys
it's amazing how slowly time can pass in the grand room, overlooked by elizabeth the first and lawerence of arabia (although elizabeth takes rank). doctor momentum gave us all high hives with a long and aimless ramble, much improved upon by a visit with dr. jowls and his book, which reveals the inner mind of the three crabs around which the fading century revolved.

the rolls have been delivered but the prince is not to make an appearance until tomorrow at noon; hopefully an appropriate conveyance for his majesty can be found (at an affordable price - I spent a great weight today on several things of varying usefulness, including what may become a gift for Padre Koala when I return home).

three fifty-five for a dollar bill of groceries! who knew the son of the miller would have been so right. here, however, the apples are not for eating, and the snakes are not for hissing.

and there is to be a grand fair this saturday! i do not know yet whether the wares will be hawked by merchants or by everyday-folk, but it will no doubt do my spirit (which has been buffed around but not truly reduced) well.
