shoot the locks off the front door
i have a long-established habit of hiding stuff at work/school type computers in obscure sub-/program files/ directories with names that would convince most dullard supervisors that whatever it is, it's something important and over their heads. ie,
c:program filesDiskProtect98 contains my midi editing program, c:program filesMsg386-98 is the super nintendo. the problem is that my system is too good and i find myself having to check every official-sounding subdirectory to find my programs...
