cake part 2
aunt nancy's chocolate chip bundt cake
(it's delicious, great for parties)
preheat oven to 350
1 butter-flavor cake mix (duncan hines recommended)
1 small box instant vanilla pudding
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1/2 cup water
3 eggs
1 8-oz container sour cream
combine all of the above in a bowl with electric mixer until very smooth,
then add:
6 ounces (3/4 cup) semi-sweet chocolate chips
4 squares from a Baker's German Sweet Chocolate box, grated
stir these in thoroughly with spoon,
then pour everything into a greased bundt pan, bake for 50-60 minutes or until top springs back nicely when poked
cool for ~20 minutes in pan
turn out of pan onto plate
serve!
so, how come with recipes like this i still don't have a girl to have batter-smearing fights with and kiss sweetly afterwards? gosh. i better learn some more recipes.
