so it turns out all my soul needed in the entire world was a beautiful new bicycle. i had no idea how badly i was missing the feeling of meditation in the midst of speed, nor what i was missing out on at this particular moment: hot sweaty bike days giving way to shockingly cool, clear bike nights. the rhythm of the wheels so sweet, how could i really worry about anything else?
