a strange and possibly pivotal point, eerily reminiscent of others before it. has the path forward lost its charm, was it always ill-chosen, or are these just the uphill stretches you have to learn to overcome? or are these just tedious and stereotypical mid-life career questions? perhaps there are just plunges one needs to get around to taking, in the name of clarity and epiphany.
